These terms explain the Everything Kids Foundation Offer for providers who apply before public launch and are approved by Everything Kids.
They are designed to be read and accepted online. They are not intended to feel like a heavy signed contract for ordinary providers. Everything Kids may still use a separately signed agreement for strategic, high value, multi location or specially negotiated providers.
The Foundation Offer is available only to providers approved by Everything Kids before the offer closes.
Everything Kids may approve or decline applications at its discretion.
Everything Kids may consider ABN status, insurance, Working with Children Checks or equivalent clearances, activity category, location, quality, safety, platform fit, responsiveness, pricing accuracy and whether the provider serves children, families or young people.
The offer is limited to one approved profile or location per provider business unless Everything Kids agrees otherwise.
The Foundation Offer closes at the earlier of:
Everything Kids may extend, withdraw or vary the Foundation Offer before a provider accepts it.
The Foundation Period starts when Everything Kids activates the provider’s approved profile, or another date confirmed by Everything Kids in writing.
The Foundation Period runs for 12 months unless ended earlier.
Approved Foundation Providers receive 6 months free Enquire Now subscription for the approved provider profile or approved location.
From month 7 to month 12, standard Enquire Now subscription fees apply unless Everything Kids agrees otherwise.
Standard Enquire Now pricing is:

The annual upfront fee gives the equivalent of 2 months free compared with monthly billing.
If the provider ends participation during the Foundation Period, unused free months and Foundation discount benefits are forfeited.
The standard Book Now commission is 15 percent unless a Foundation Offer, EK funded offer or other written agreement applies.
During the Foundation Period, Everything Kids may fund parent facing discounts on eligible Book Now bookings by accepting a lower commission or using its own marketing budget.
Where Everything Kids funds the discount, the provider’s standard payout is not reduced unless the provider separately agrees.
Provider funded discounts are not part of the standard pre launch Foundation Offer. They are intended for a later post launch release unless Everything Kids and the provider separately agree otherwise in writing.
Foundation Providers may receive early partner benefits such as priority placement, visibility boosts, Foundation badges, early support, launch campaign inclusion or other promotional benefits.
These benefits may change as the platform grows, as search, categories, campaigns and provider tools evolve.
Everything Kids does not guarantee booking volume, enquiries, revenue, search placement, parent demand, membership uptake or commercial results.
A Foundation Provider may opt out of EK funded Foundation discounts by dashboard setting or written notice once this option is available.
Opt out takes effect within 5 business days unless the dashboard shows a different period.
Opt out does not affect existing bookings, redeemed offers, credits already issued or promotional commitments accepted before the opt out takes effect.
If a Foundation Provider opts out of Foundation discounting, Everything Kids may remove discount badges, member discount visibility, launch campaign placement, Foundation discount claims and any Foundation Provider badge or marketing benefit tied to the consumer discount promise.
The provider keeps the 6 month free Enquire Now benefit after opting out of Foundation discounting, unless a special agreement signed or accepted by the provider states otherwise.
The provider must help Everything Kids prepare for launch by maintaining accurate listings, responding to onboarding requests, providing reasonable content and information, and giving practical feedback where requested.
The provider must ensure business and activity information supplied to Everything Kids is accurate and kept up to date.
Prices listed on Everything Kids must be genuine standard public prices. Providers must not inflate prices to create or exaggerate a discount.
The provider remains responsible for holding any licences, permits, registrations, insurance, Working with Children Checks or equivalent clearances required for its activities.
These Foundation Offer Terms explain the Foundation Offer only.
Before activating a provider profile in the portal, providers will also be asked to accept the Everything Kids Terms and Conditions, including Provider Terms of Service, Provider Pricing and Commission Terms, Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
If there is a conflict, these Foundation Offer Terms apply only to the specific Foundation Offer benefit during the Foundation Period. The main Terms and Conditions continue to apply otherwise.
